Project in three moves

From brief
to system.

01 / Challenge

Locations, memberships and enquiry paths behaved like separate experiences.

02 / Direction

Make discovery feel like one product journey from place to plan to conversation.

03 / Proposed outcome

A more coherent platform structure that supports both exploration and qualified demand.

Turn a network of spaces into one clear buying journey.

The concept imagines a flexible-workspace network with strong locations and multiple membership models, but a fragmented journey across availability, amenities and pricing logic.

The proposed direction reorganizes discovery around intent first: where someone needs to work, what kind of space they need and how quickly they want to start.

Key design decisions

Less decoration.
More intent.

01

Location discovery

Made geography, amenities and workspace types easier to compare without overloading listings.

02

Membership clarity

Reframed plan information around real usage questions instead of internal package terminology.

03

Growth architecture

Built landing-page patterns that can support campaigns without breaking the core product language.

Growth pages that still feel like the same product.

The proposed location, campaign and membership pages share one conversion system so focused acquisition journeys can exist without creating a disconnected mini-site.

The design also creates clear places for proof, availability messaging and local content as the imagined network expands.
