Project in three moves

From brief
to system.

01 / Challenge

The storefront looked polished but product discovery still felt fragmented.

02 / Direction

Reduce choice friction and let merchandising tell a clearer story.

03 / Proposed outcome

A flexible commerce system with stronger hierarchy from collection to checkout.

The brief needed more than a visual refresh.

The concept imagines a product-led retailer whose digital store treats every item too equally. The proposed experience restructures discovery, collection logic and product confidence so the brand can feel more considered without slowing the purchase journey.

The concept focuses on a system where positioning, interface, merchandising content and technology reinforce the same commercial objective.

Key design decisions

Less decoration.
More intent.

01

Product discovery

Simplified collection patterns and surfaced useful product cues earlier in the journey.

02

Brand character

Kept the visual identity present without allowing campaign styling to compete with shopping tasks.

03

Commerce system

Designed modular merchandising sections the team can reuse across launches and seasonal edits.

Commerce patterns designed for repeatable growth.

The proposed collection, product-detail and campaign patterns share one hierarchy, allowing merchandising to change without redesigning the experience each time.

The system creates room for editorial storytelling while keeping performance, mobile shopping and checkout intent central.
