Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for lawful and responsible use of ALIFY websites, forms, systems and client-facing tools.
1. Lawful use
You must not use ALIFY-controlled systems for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or rights-infringing activity.
2. Security
Do not probe, scan, bypass authentication, introduce malware, abuse rate limits, attempt credential attacks or interfere with infrastructure without written authorization.
3. Content and communications
Do not use forms or communication systems to send spam, threats, harassment, illegal content or material that violates privacy, intellectual-property or other legal rights.
4. Automated access
Automated access, scraping or high-volume requests must respect technical controls, published instructions and reasonable service limits. Activity that degrades service may be blocked.
5. Client systems
Where ALIFY builds or manages a client system, acceptable-use obligations may be supplemented by project-specific security, platform and provider requirements.
6. Enforcement
We may restrict or block activity reasonably believed to threaten security, availability, users or legal compliance, while preserving any rights and obligations in signed client agreements.
