Intellectual Property Policy
How ALIFY approaches website content, project IP, third-party materials and infringement concerns.
1. ALIFY website materials
The ALIFY name, original website design, copy, graphics, code and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless stated otherwise.
2. Client-provided materials
Clients are expected to have the rights necessary to supply logos, text, images, data, software, trademarks and other materials used in a project.
3. Project deliverables
Ownership or licensing of custom deliverables is determined by the signed project agreement, including any conditions tied to full payment.
4. Pre-existing and reusable materials
General methods, know-how, tools, frameworks, templates, utilities, open-source software and pre-existing components may remain subject to their original ownership and license terms.
5. Third-party assets
Fonts, stock media, plugins, APIs, software, platform themes and other third-party assets may carry separate licenses that the client must continue to follow.
6. Infringement notices
A rights holder who believes material on an ALIFY-controlled site infringes their rights may contact hello@alify.site with identification of the work, the disputed material, contact details and a good-faith explanation of the claim.
